Chef Steven Musolf has had an extensive Chef career all over the United States. Beginning in 1996 at McCrady's Restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina, his experience has carried him to unique restaurants in California, including Woodside, Los Gatos and Berkeley. In 2008, while spending some time in Houston at Noe Restaurant and Bar, Chef Musolf became involved with Recipe for Success. He has since been back to Pawleys Island, South Carolina as Chef du Cuisine at High Hammock and most recently  joined the family at The Farm restaurant in Park City, Utah as Chef du Cuisine.

The Farm Restaurant, located at Canyons Resort, is one of Utah's latest restaurants riding on the "farm to table" trend. Opened in February, its menu boasts seasonal ingredients sourced mainly from farms within 200 miles of Park City. Chef Musolf uses about 85 percent local ingredients during spring and summer.
