Aimee Mantell
Growing up in Pennsylvania, Aimee was raised with an appreciation for the outdoors. Family road trips across the country to National Parks solidified her passion for nature and peaked her interest in learning about the connection of individuals' well-being and the environment.
After spending her college years in Washington D.C. earning her BA in psychology from American University, Aimee returned to school for her Master of Science from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has devoted her professional life to advocacy and non-profit fields, most recently as a Medical-Legal Partnership Paralegal in Delaware.
After moving to Houston, Aimee learned about RFS and is thrilled to be a part of the team where she combines her background in human services and her interest in health and nutrition. Aimee and her family still travel to National Parks, and in the meantime, she spends most of her time with her pup, exploring Houston with her family, and dabbling in creative writing.
