Lance Fegan, Glass Wall
In his first solo venture, chef / co-owner Lance Fegan launched Glass Wall, a restaurant in the Heights to reflect seasonal produce and entice guests with an unparalleled wine cellar. Before opening Glass Wall, Fegan worked at Zula and Treviso, and studied at the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
Fegan's work is highly influenced by his passion for surfing: the menu, inspired by the natural lifestyle of costal regions is constantly changing, and echoes the connection between the seasons and the foods we eat. Fegan oversees every aspect of the restaurant, including music, wine and food. "At the end of the night," he says, "I want my guests to feel this restaurant at a personal level like I do."
Lance joined the Chefs Advisory Board our first year and helped develop many popular recipes still used in classes.
