Scott Tycer, Kraftsmen Cafe
A Houston native, Scott Tycer attended the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, OR and worked as executive sous chef at Wolfgang Puck's Spago before returning to Texas to open the highly acclaimed Aries in 2000. Highly skilled in classic French cooking techniques, Tycer now oversees the wholesale, retail and café components of Kraftsmen Baking and his popular restaurant Gravitas. Tycer opened his latest, most ambitious venture, Textile, in 2008 to wide acclaim. Scott has hosted several fundraising events for RFS through the years
