I was in my room when I smelled something so good, my mouth was watery. I ran and checked what it was and I saw my mother cooking tamales for Christmas. I helped her make it. It was made like this.

We bought flour and something else and put it inside a bowl. We took out some stuff and add some meat inside it. Then we put the tamales in the pot and put it on the stove. The time was about an hour to cook.

When it finished it smelled so good that my mouth was watery again. We started eating when everybody was seated. I liked the tamales so much that I almost ate it all. I wish it was Christmas every day so I can eat tamales every day.
